Unless the campground owner is a cartel bought property OR owned by a family member of a high ranking political operative, you are completely out of touch. There is NO money in RV parks besides the value of the real estate. The only time, if ever, you make money is when you sell it.
What? 2000 or 3000 RVer's a Year in Mexico ? Get real, no one really cares about a few million pesos in tax money. Half of the RV parks which never pay any tax. Most never pay any benefits to the workers or even pay the cost of commercial electric and water.
Scrape off some land , park some RV's for a few years and then sell it to a condo builder.
