Yep. In 2006 we found some land south of Monterrey taking the bypass from Reynosa to Allende and then to Cd. Victoria. It had everything. Transformers, a giant pool with showers and bathrooms and house to live in, easy off and on a concrete highway with no transito issues. It was perfect.
We drew up plans and were ready to buy the place but then things went south here in this part of Mexico. It was perfect though as it was only 3.5 hours max from the border giving rvers a first night's rest after all the border hassles.
That said, all along we never meant for it to be a business. A hobby with a way to be in touch with rvers and show people around our area. I couldn't imagine ever making a living off of it.
