PICKUP TRUCKS DENIED ACCESS TO MEXICO

All i am saying is it is being worked on, and sometimes stirring up the hornets nest is not the best strategy. There is one other Mexican legal procedure to approach this from, but I am not at liberty to say what it is, but it is being tried right now, along with one other strategy. For this season anyone with a 3/4 or 1 ton should get their permit on line which appears to work, and use Nogales to cross. That seems to be the best workaround. No amount of bitching is going to change things, just make them entrench more. I am trying to help someone get an E350 van across in Texas right now. it is not going well with either banjercito or the aduana. The next stage is to try and get an on line permit, then use Nogales. That will likely work. If they are refused an on line permit, then they are simply out of luck, besides trying Nogales in person. Or throw a cook stove inside and try to get their registration changed to motorhome.

Brian, I don't have a contact. This is being worked on through the caravan company I wagon master for, and as a Mexican registered company they obviously have more means. Their concern is only for their customers, not anyone else trying to get permits. On a personal level I try to help others out where i can and the on line permit & nogales crossing is the best I can do right now. Obviously they are also concerned about RV Parks. If the results benefit everyone , as they likely will, then that is a good thing. I will post any news I am at liberty to disclose by my boss, and nothing more than that.
