I am just repeating what he said. It's sensitive, and that is all I can say. All he told me is that stirring things up is counterproductive. He is Mexican and he knows how things work down there. What you want to do is your business, but unless you are personally affected by this, you could actually be creating more problems for others. We could suddenly find the problem has engulfed Nogales as well, where right now there is a means to get across. We have 14 rigs crossing there in January, 1/2 of them are 3/4 ton or 1 ton PU's. That is my partners concern. Pointing out to bureacrats that the rules are not consistent, may entice them to make them consistent. In the wrong drection. I have no idea who you are are talking to at SAT and/or Banjercito, and what their position is. Bureaucrats in Mexico right now are in a unstable position. Everytime government changes, their jobs are in jeopardy and that could easily happen in July. Getting them to make any moves is difficult. This also may be tied to US politics & NAFTA.
