You quickly become an adversary if you are a continuous bug up the A$$.
This is a well know fact.

Every one of my emails has been extremely respectful and apologetic for my lack of understanding. I apologize for my limited ability with the Spanish language. I apologize for any interpretive misunderstanding of the wording on my part. I profusely thank them for anything they send me. I ask questions respectfully clearly indicating any lack of communication is totally my fault. I am not in the least bit adversarial.
My questions are simple. Which wording of which law is currently being used at the border? What does the term "capacidad de carga" mean?
What I get is a sort of Copy & Paste of the various laws - which have conflicting wording. I get definitions of the words as they apply to this specific topic. I get links to websites where laws can be found. But I cannot get them to tell me which law is being used and why.
But all in all you are all probably correct - this is not my problem and trying to help folks is a thankless task. I have wasted far too much time here trying to help people and gotten far too much negativity with almost no support. I guess it is time for me to throw in the towel. Can't win against this kind of opposition.
