All I can say is the company I am working for is dealing with this. It is after all their bread & butter. In mexico you have to follow the procedures and make sure you do not step on chains of command. On the other hand things move slow and there is an election coming up. We have means of getting our own caravans across, but that does not necessarily translate to individuals, but rest assured we are trying to deal with this problem and get a resolution that will benefit all of us. We do have the tools & connections to deal with this is a way, that is not available to individuals. All I can say is be patient.
