Quail Run on US 95 just north of I-10, west side of 95. No road noise, pull-thrus, but you can have your pick wherever you want to park at Q.

Try Rice Ranch, not fancy, just a gravel lot with full hook ups. They're located at the southeast corner of 95 and Kuehn Rd. Probably around $35 a night.

Going to stay at Quail Run - $25.

I have used QR a couple of times during the off season. They had a strange pet policy, but it's not enforced during slack times.

Glad it worked out Chris. We stop there on our way back down to Yuma for the winter. It's usually the middle of September and is still quite warm. This puts us back to our RV lot in Yuma about 8 AM before the heat gets going good. Always works well for us.
