Let's face it-people who travel to Mexico do so because it is CHEAP! However, security concerns are very real if the stories of RV parks that were previously were full are now not at capacity, not to mention those RV parks that have closed.
Yea, I know someone will chime in they are at so and so RV park and there are no spaces-but total visitors to Mexico both RVers and people who stay in resorts are WAY DOWN!
The problem with security in Mexico is that the Police don't care, and quite frankly they are not paid enough to care. For what they make they need to look "the other way" so they can still feed their families on what little they do make.
