One more way i know you don't go down there. RV parks on the coast run about $600 a month. Add in the insurance costs and it is cheaper in Az. Mind you you don't have the weather, culture and all of that which is why most of us RV down there. Try it you may find you like it. I would never bother with Az again.

BTW the RV park I stay in books up a year in advance.
