Planning a trip to Quartzite for the RV show
We are going to the RV show in Quartzite in Jan. Having never been there we are asking for some advise on what we should expect as far as weather, roads and camp grounds. We are not much on boon docki...

The weather will not be HOT. Here is the weather history for Quartzsite and it shows the 'average' as 51. Of course, there will be days with higher and lower. No year is the same. Having gone there many times I would say count on between 50-70 during the day.
Quartzsite Weather History
We always boondock in the surrounding desert so can't help with RV parks. Many seem to like Rice Ranch which is very basic but it's right across the street from the RV Show and swap meets - very convenient. Parking is hard to find during the show unless you drive in early morning.
