Planning Yellowstone/Grand Canyon trip from VA

Hi everyone, I am planning my first ever long-haul camping trip with my new travel trailer. It would be during the summer of 18, and I'm considering taking 4 weeks off and doing a trek from Virgini...

We did a similar trip in summer 2014, however we had no timeline. Opposite of what we did, this summer we will go I-40 to Albuquerque , you would continue to the Grand Canyon on I-40. From Flagstaff make your way to US-191 thru the Grand Tetons and into Yellowstone. Many ways to work your way back east. Be aware many long distances without fuel or cell service. Never pass gas !! You will be amazed at the western landscape. FYI, KOA's are conveniently located every where
