Please include states in route and campground topics

I often stop to respond to a note only to realize that the is author looking form something so removed from what I know that it was a waste of my time and bandwidth to look at it. I really don't mind...

A few years ago someone posted the question asking about what campgrounds people recommended around Jacksonville. I asked which state. The OP replied with "Jacksonville FL. Just how many Jacksonvilles do you think there is?"
Some people live in a very small world and barely get outside their immediate area.
