I passed through there in April and overnighted at the Cracker Barrel. It was just fine. It's a courtesy to let the mgr know. While there, pick up the CB map of their locations (their app stinks). I probably over-nighted at something close to a dozen CB this past summer and all were fine. If I arrive early (I usually stop @ 2-3 pm, I'll park in the spaces marked for RVs and then around 8 pm or so, when the diners have mostly left, I'll move to a curb side spot where I can extend 2 of my slides over the grass while staying away from spots that would likely fill early in the am with breakfast diners. I also stay as far away as I can, without imposing on breakfast spots, from the route of the early early am trash pickup.
I also like Cabelas. Not so thrilled with traffic encountered at places like Flying J etc and at Walmarts. Another good place to overnight is in suburban or rural hospital lots. Use your smart phone google app or your GPS to 'find nearby hospital'. Stop at the ER (Security is usually located there) and talk to security, tell them you're tired and ask if there is a corner of the lot where you can get some sleep. Never have been refused. Often get an escort and parking location is always added to their night time rounds. If you're looking for breakfast, the hospital cafeterias usually have decent breakfast fare. JMO.
