Thanks everyone for the input.
Ended up doing 173. Not a bad way to go and as a bonus it got me away from the strong cross winds I had on the Interstate this morning.
Going across the bay this morning it was 20 mph plus hitting the rig sideways. Why is it the wind never seems to be pushing the rear of the rig?
