The PRI got their way, and IVA the 16% National Sales Tax has been added to FOOD and MEDICINE. I have already noticed some price increases in other industries (mostly tourist oriented).

Chris: I have no problem with the taxation. I do think the poor, especially the working poor, will suffer. Don't get me started on a political post on the US medical system. You and I would concur on that one.
