Propane fort worth. I35 corridor

I'm traveling along I35 south of fort Worth and I'm looking to fill my 36' class A with propane.

Campground is $3.95 per gallon
Any better alternative s?

Back in WA I go to my local rv dealer & service center. The few dealers I've called in tx don't sell propane

Thanks. Ed
  • Try Flying J (I-35 & New Road) Waco, TX or Pilot Travel Center (I-35 Exit 328)
Robinson, TX or Pilot Travel Center (I-35 Exit 184) New Braunfels, TX or Flying J (I-10 Exit 583) San Antonio, TX or Pilot Travel Center (I-35 Exit 140)
    Von Ormy, TX.
  • See if there is a Tractor Supply near you, and call them to see if they have propane. We paid $1.89/gal at their store in Hurricane Ut last month.

Pilots in Waco, New Braunfels and Von Ormy don't have propane sales according to web site (and I've been in all of them and that contractor station in Jerrell - don't remember any propane tanks).

FJ in Waco does - $3.099 per gallon as of 12/31
FJ in San Antonio - $3.099 pg

Both those locations have RV lanes by the propane tanks.

Nice tip about TSC - didn't realize some locations have bulk propane sales.
  • Any truck stop is your best bet. They're all along the interstates.
