Proposed route from Creston BC to Prince George BC

Would like some comments on the following route from Creston BC to Prince George BC. We will be crossing border from Idaho Creston via Hwy 3 to jct Hwy 96 to Salmo Salmo to Nelson Nelson to Naku...

^Great suggestions, I hadn't thought of the Okanagan (even though we camped there last summer), it's really a beautiful and unique spot.
