Burrito Express is the mail service and it works well. If you want to receive mail you will need to open a P.O. box in Lukeville.
As mentioned you can get a USB Modem from Telcel and that works well.
Rust can be an issue especially if you don't keep your rig washed and waxed. (Lotsa people there to hire for that.)
It can be very windy at times as weather fronts move through, sometimes even raining.
Sat tv will be no problem. I have Dish Network and it works GREAT. I get Hi Def and have locals out of Phoenix.
