I see you've been to N.B. and N.S. already, so you know Canada and likely the road system. In Quebec road signs are all in French only.
As for Quebec City start downtown and stay there as much as possible - it's got that old world magic which you'll love. Best restaurants in all of Canada.
We'll need good shoes as there's lots of walking. In Mtl. - it's another Big City where folks drive like there's no tomorrow. Again, try to get into the center of that city and don't forget those shoes.
