Cannot get one with anything in tow. If you go straight to the Banjercito window they will tell you no. The Aduanero can authorize exclusions to the rule. They are extremely strict about heavyweight pickups with slide in campers. With a polite genuine smile and an obviously meant for RV bus it is a different story. If for some reason (?) the bus has been modified to haul toys, this changes things toward the negative.
