? about Arizona route 95 north from Quartzsite

What is Az state route 95 like from Quartzsite to I 40 above Lake Havasu City? Eventually, we're going to Las Vegas. Or would it be easier crossing into California and pick up US95 north to Vegas? ...

BUT there is a really bad grade you have to climb as you leave Bullhead City going to Searchlight. Better to cross over to California 95 on I40. You will be in Cal for less than an hour and the climb is nearly nothing.
