Sorry Iguana 07, but you were sadly misinformed. There are MANY hospitals in Zihua. The General is state-run; then there is IMSS. The most popular private hospitals are Maciel, Especialdades, Medicial, and the Naval hospital in Ixtapa. You should have had several choices. Hope everything turned out ok.
