W4RLR, interesting seeings Hawaii is part of the U.S. I still do not understand why bringing a financed vehicle into MX would concern Mexico? It seems to have nothing to do with them, yet they (often) enforce it. I guess it as a favor to the U.S. too bad, some have spoiled it for others !
