Hermosillo Bypass OPEN!!!!
Second hand from friends who took it last week. It's labeled Periferico Oriente / Mexico 15 and starts just past the toll both before you get to town when you are heading south.

I have confirmation from 3 different people who travelled this area in the past few days that THE HERMOSILLO BYPASS IS NOT OPEN.
As I said before, I think someone is a bit mixed-up in reporting this as being open.
