I have to drive the motorhome to Washington DC

I'm terrified. I've driven in multiple big cities, but hear Washington DC is really really bad. We are staying at Cherry Hill Park and are coming in from the south. What is the best time and route ...

Use the beltway to go around DC to get to Cherry Hill. I don't remember the exact route but he beltway goes around DC and you won't have to go thru town. The beltway is really bad during normal commute hours. About 0600-0900 and then about 1530-1900.

Weekends are better.
