We are in Homer and it hasn't stopped raining for 2 days. Next to Seward for a couple of days and then back to Anchorage to take my wife to the airport. Then I start camping my way home. I also plan on taking the Cassiar Hwy home. So there will still be a few posts on this site.
I also want to join the others in thanking Janet for putting these two forums together. They provided a lot of good reading and information.
I do have quite a few cans of mosquito repellant available. By the time I got to Alaska the mosquitoes were no longer a problem. Oh, well. I can always use the stuff back in Minnesota. There are always plenty of mosquitoes there every summer.
