WRONG DAMMIT!!
The SOLE Banjercito that can cancel a permit is located at the OTAY MESA crossing point. 2 Blocks before the actual frontera on the WEST side of the street.
Let me define SOLE.
You cannot do it in Tijuana, Tecate, Mexicali, Algodones, or Sonoyta.
You can cancel at the Banjercito near CABORCA, Sonora but this is a little east of the planned exit route.
Verified when my feet were actually standing in the oficina de Banjercito at OTAY MESA.
OTAY MESA is the commercial truck and auto crossing 20 minutes EAST of Tijuana. Take the NEW TOLL ROAD just north of Ensenada EAST and NORTH and one leg will dump you right on the boulevard.
The cross street for Bajercito is FREY JUNIPERO SERRA and the main boulevard to the border crossing.
