Lest you think this is a photoshopped joke, it is not. We were at a rest stop in Camp Pendleton, Calif., and a whole convoy of MRAPs (mine resistant armored personnel carriers) showed up, all with those plates. The "students" looked like they were very competent and serious -- maybe this was a graduate school of driving!
