Request Dallas info: US75, I-45; or I-635; or avoid city?

Leaving Fayeteville, Ark., southbound for Ennis, Tx, plan to stop short of Red River. Should hit Dallas around noon, Friday. Worried about possible construction delay on I-635 in northeast Dallas, or ...

Do Highway 34 from Greenville to Terrell to Ennis....two lanes and a few small town (lights) but it is worth it. AVOID NORTH DALLAS and 635......I live in Terrell and go 35 miles out of my way/direction to avoid 635 and 75....when heading south we use 34 all the time....when heading north we do 34 if going east , 205 thru Rockwall if going north / north west....
