restrictions and price?

Question

We may be going north along the Outer Banks and would like to cross from Virginia into Delaware via the bridge and tunnel. We are pulling a fifth wheel trailer and I'm wondering if there are any restrictions and what the prices might be for the bridge, or any ferries.

The Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel is about $20 and will close if high winds when you wouldn't want to drive it anyway. You must turn off your propane.
