US 95 turns south out of Nampa, ID not Pendleton.
We have taken US 95 on several trips. It is good highway. Watch your fuel between Nampa and Winnemucca. Station north side of I-84 US 95 interchange has normally good prices.
Been a while since down US 395.
Am guessing you will go US 95 down to Hawthorne, NV then NV 359 over to US 395.
