road conditions

This is our 8th or more trip thru Nogales to San Carlos. Left Nogales Walmart at 7am.A little bit of confusion at the US exit-we took the oversize vehicle right hand lane. Customs inspection was focused on the VIN for our motorhome. Do you know where yours is located?? ours is NOT on the dash but buried next to the oil dipstick on the frame.No other issues at customs - six bottles of wine, lol. Thru km 21 by 8 am. Good road to Hermosillo and then mucho potholes thru Hermosilo- the worst at the left hand turn to the bypass in the left lane and ever worse about halfway along the east /west connector to (Hi 15) in the right hand lane , before the go-right to go-left. Our total time Walmart to Totonaka was 1 hour faster than 2013, reflecting the better road from Hermosillo to Guaymas. So far so good-Mazatlan sometime in the next week.
