Anyone driven to Mazatlan lately? If so, how are the road conditions. Crossing tomorrow at Nogales.

Hermosillo roads are the worst in Sonora. They have their own public works dept. A bunch of lazy bums that do not know how to lay asphalt. Even when they build a new road it deteriorates in 6 months. Heavily unionized!!!! There are streets that go from 2 lanes to 4 and then suddenly back to 2.
