Road Conditon Nogales to Mazatlan UPDATE Northbound

The libre from Saltillo is excellent not to mention the Espinazo del Diablo. Friends came through Texas and took the 40 all the way. Lots of ways to get to Mazatlan without taking the 15 and without paying huge tolls.
