The approach to Yellowstone Park from the west, through West Yellowstone, is a fairly easy route, grade wise. Coming from the south on 20 or from the north on 287 or 191.
Also, coming north to Jackson from Alpine WY, via Idaho Falls ID or from 189 via I 80, is pretty easy, too. Inside the park, you won't find anything to worry about.
