I think I'd bypass Patz, since the only way out, short of returning to Morelia, is by 2-lane that is pretty lonely a lot of the time. If you're in company, it's not so bad, but the traffic on the cut-off north to the toll road is almost non-existent. We've used that road numerous times in the past, but riding it in the bus back to PV, it was almost deserted. When we left Patz with our rig, we went to Morelia and did the bypass, which right now is not good either. Either way, your call. RYV
