Anybody coming through shreveport louisiana i 49 will have reduced lanes north and south till the end of march

In what area? I was planning a trip to Arkansas this summer. Do you know if they finish I49 North from Shreveport to Texarkana? We will be heading from SE Louisiana through Lafayette and Alexandria.
