This is a massive project.
The writer of this article doesn't like the idea hence the opening paragraph describing the scraping sounds and smells....
We are happy to see it.
It is the only Home Port from San Diego to Venezuela. It will allow Mexican people to cruise with their families in Mexican waters with out the need of obtaining the super special hard to get travel visa for the USA.
The roosterfish has made a comeback to the area b ecause of the biodiversity happening at the pier.
We hope to be on the first cruise out of Peñasco in Jan of 2017.
