A dog mushing friend tells me he's never been able to sled in the afternoon this late in the year. He's been able to do morning runs before it warms up only two years previous. This year, he's sledding throughout the day, still!
Last year most of our snow was gone in our yard the first week of April. Now it is still 2 feet deep in some places. Others spots are bare though.
Can't predict what will happen. Might warm up quick and it will all melt in a couple of days. Might stay cool and it will hang around longer. Dunno.
