Well it is a last minute decision but I guess that is one advantage of being retired. Perhaps one of the few these days. But we have decided to make our third trip North in 2013, leaving about June 6 from Illinois. We did it in 2009 and 2010 and have given into the itch to do it again. We may only make it as far as Whitehorse and/or Dawson City but that's OK. There is plenty to see and do to that point. We have a time limit due due medical issues so this will be a play it by ear trip. Can't wait to see the animal babies this year and to spend a couple days at Liard HS, Toad River, Muncho Lake etc. Will return via the Cassiar Highway again.
We will look for others from this group along the way, we will be in our white 2000 Coachmen Class C with Illinois plates and ham radio antennas.
Arlyce and Mike along with our two Shih Tzu traveling companions, Jack and Diane.
