Mid-May to end of June is fast, that's what we're doing as well. Wish we could spend more time but I have to get back to work. Also this is the last big trip for us as a full family, kids almost grown up.
That being said our trip is about the journey not the destination. Our "destination" is Homer. But if during the journey we find and explore another wonderful place, we may not make all the way to Homer. That's a vacation. As long as we had a blast as a family, that's a wonderful vacation.
I hope everyone has a safe and wonderful trip. Maybe we'll meet up somewhere and share a cup of coffee and a funnel cake!
