A moment if I may...if you are still considering whether or not to drive to Alaska...
In Canada....it costs more. Know that before you decide to do it. The gas prices are set by the gas companies, not the individual operators. They make their $'s from what ever else a customer buys.
Booze costs more, as do smokes...
Our food may cost a bit more too. Butter, meats..veggies.
We don't have FREE health care...we pay for it in our taxes, so we thank you all for your contribution.
You KNOW it costs more to travel thru Canada. Drive, fly, float....if you are going to do it, it will cost you money. Get over it.
