We have about half the trip laid out and on paper, with the next half being a repeat basically till we get to Dawson Creek.
Depending on the amount of time you have, the trip doesn't have to have much repetition at all. Many of us take the Alaska Highway one way and the TOTW Highway and the Cassiar Highway the other. By doing that route, the only repeats are Watson Lake to Whitehorse and Tok to Tetlin Junction.
Just a suggestion, but not one to consider if you are in any kind of hurry.
Already planning to do that, just haven't planned the stops yet. Also one reason to repeat the route is so that we can swing into the NWT on our way home just to say we were there and to put one more sticker on our Canada map. I am not thinking of the Cassiar because I don't trust the spacing of the gas stations with my RV only holding about 250 miles of gas in the tank, since it is a small tank, but it is a 2002 model.
