Maybe there is a heightened security status for the moment, but my goodness it took an hour going south yesterday at the Peace Arch at noon and 30 minutes coming home 12 hours later. And no one cared about food. I was asked about fresh fruit veggies s/b but no look-see. N/b the guy just couldn't figure out why I was driving such a gas guzzling vehicle to go to Bellingham for the day. That I was vising Vancouver and was just down in US for the day..he couldn't fathom at all. And he said so, too. Not one question about purchases, food, liquor, guns, ammo, fruit, meat..just..why are you driving this thing?
