There are many places to drycamp through that leg.
If you're looking for some hook-ups though, the Discovery Yukon Lodgings and RV Park at White River indicates they are open to Sept 30. I've heard good things about it but haven't stayed.

Destruction Bay might have a spot with electric but then you're only 90 minutes from Haines Junction and may as well carry on to the Kluane RV Kampground.
Many of the campgrounds are blowing out their water lines in September in preparation for freeze-up.
