I have nothing to offer for Dawson, but PH I can talk about. If you are dry camping..as in Mall camping, turn left at the Casino and head west on 16 about 2 miles..up the hill..turn left and over into the Mall..Home Depot has wifi, Wal-Mart has...Wal-Mart and there are chain food joints galore.
If you want a campsite, there are several as you drive into PG..about 4 or 5 miles out.
