When we needed to dump . . . Watson Lake - Wye Lake Park - free dump and fresh water. Nice spot to pull in for lunch too.
Teslin - Yukon Motel and RV park - free dump when you fill with fuel.
We used both last year. Wye Lake was convenient after staying the night before at Boya Lake Provincial Park, which has no dump.
We also dumped and washed the truck and trailer, both free with fill, at the gas station 1/2-mile west of the visitors center in Tok. And a dump and a wash were really needed after a free dry-camping night at "Tetlin" NWR (not "Teslin" as in the Yukon) and a drive through the very muddy construction zone northwest of Beaver Creek.
BTW, don't believe what you read on the Tetlin NWR website. They not only did NOT have water at the campgrounds (the hand-pumps were locked and the locks were rusted), they had none at the visitor's center either! So, take water with you if staying there.
