I got your backs fellas! I am leaving Washington at the end of July. I just continue to chomp at the bit as the stories unfold ahead of me. I am looking forward to the end of summer and the beginning of fall up north! We will be there until the Termination Dust makes its appearance.
You may have the best timing of all. The bugs will be nasty until the first frost and that could happen anytime after mid-August. You will lots of great colours and most of the others will be long gone, missing the best of the best.
Cute name too..Termination Dust...don't fear that stuff. The serious cold won't be along till December. Low temps to 20 are quite manageable in your RV. I was driving around in -37 in February. I wouldn't want to do that again...but...there I was.
