That's exactly where we had two flat tires on the rear of our truck last August. Got help from a semi driver who put 5 plugs in one tire and one in the other and filled up both with his compressor. Back on the road in a half hour as opposed to an hour or more with my smaller (and fewer) plugs and a tiny 12v compressor.
