Regarding why someone would have that much cash and the problems with border agents, I could tell you a very long story. Briefly, we had a 2010 Scamp which we sold in Tok. Long story/short, we had a heck of a time putting $15,000 in an Alaska bank. We had to count it for the US agents and fill out a bunch of paper work which we had to show each time we crossed a border. We finally were able to buy a CD at a bank in Haines and then took the ferry to Prince Rupert. We then drove to Backus, MN and picked up the 2011 Scamp 5th wheel that we are now pulling. We are currently in Lewiston, MT and will spent tonight in Great Falls. We don't have a sign, but I doubt that you will see many Scamp 5th wheels being pulled by a smoke gray Toyota Tundra. Be sure and say Hi when you see us.
